As far as I know, it's any soup made from stock and low carb veggies like broccoli, cauliflower, etc. It's a bit out of season, but brussel sprouts boiled and pureed makes a wonderful smooth creamy soup.

I don't have the actual reciepe anymore but i make:

    250/500 mls of vegtable stock
6 peppers of any colour chopped small
    4 spoons of soy sauce
    finely chopped celery
    2 tins of chopped tomatoes

boil it for 15/20 minutes and you can blend it if you want.

You can take anything out or put other things in according to taste

    Nice and hot!

Yes, for no point soup just use your imagination. Lots of veggies, garlic and spices, briefly sauteed in 0 cal cooking spray, then topped up with good fresh stock, boiled, blended and seasoned. You can make your own combos.

I have given up on 0 points soup, as I like to use some oil or potato in my soup usually. Here is a recipe for an amazing, delicious soup I made tonight, which I can't wait to eat tomorrow.

    Cream of Mushroom Soup

    1 tsp olive oil
    1 onion, chopped
    250-300g mushrooms, chopped
    1 clove garlic, minced
    1 pint good chicken stock
Half a pint of low fat milk
    Salt and pepper to taste

On a low to medium heat, saute your onion, garlic and mushrooms in the oil until lightly browned. Add the stock and simmer for ten minutes. Transfer to the blender and blend til smooth. Return to the pot, add the milk, season and taste. Gently reheat when you want it. (Don't let it boil.)

3 points for the whole pot. You'd probably get 3 good-sized bowls out of it, too.

I use onions, peppers, carrots and celery. Add a stock cube, tinned tomatoes, as much water as you want, boil until veg soft, add pepper to season (coarse pepper better) or tabasco if you like. If you want a smooth soup, blend, if not, just as it is.

0 point carrot and coriander soup

    1kg carrots
    1 litre vegetable stock
    Bunch of fresh coriander

Boil up the carrots in the vegetable stock until soft.
Add the bunch of fresh coriander and blend the lot.

Really easy to make and very tasty.
