Really odd: music coming through speakers when PC if OFF

I guess the thread title covers it. New PC, only couple of programs installed, music plays through the internal speaker occasionally when the PC is off. This happened just now when I plugged the machine in, before I'd even turned it on. This may be the machine picking up radio signals, but I'm not sure as the music plays for 30 seconds or so and then stops.

I've fixed a few computers over the years and have never seen a problem like this.

    Any input would be appreciated.

Is it unplugged from the wall? PCs can pick up all kinds of noise/interference from a dirty power hookup.

I gues you could call the Ghost Hunters International, too.

Mystery solved. The pc is close to our sky box. When the sky box is tuned into a radio station, the pc plays the sound. It's weird, they are both connected to a tv but this only happens when the tv and sky box are off. Thanks for replies!
