    Hi Ella,

Polar are expensive but they last, asparte and other white-labels won´t be working after 6 months. U have a massive range of options and applications with polar; make sure u pick one that has calorie expenditure feedback (wld only need your age, weight and lower and max heart rates which are very easy to figure out with the same variables).

EllaC I see your new around here, and I'm not trying to be a smartass - but if you use the search function HRM's must be one of the pieces of equipment discussed here.

In short, they're brilliant and used properly will bring your fitness to levels never achieved before.

    Polar - popular.

    Cardiosport - popular.

    Aldi/Lidl - popular.

    And all covered extensively here.
