I am working tomorrow and i can't come to the spin, so is anyone interested in going for a Sunday spin? I don't really mind the time, i can start early enough or late enough if people want it.

I would be looking around the 90-100kms mark. Any takers?

I don't have problem with time. I can start at 6:30 if the family cyclists need to be home early, or i can start at 10 for the party animals :p

I'm thinking I probably won't make it tomorrow, as my back is a little dodgy after today's spin, and with the beers tonight, odds are heavily against.

I ended up alone so i couldn't drag myself to big mileage. I took the road up to glencullen, went through Devil's Elbow (i think that's the name!) and all the way to Enniskerry. So i decided that it would be fun to try to get up Devil's Elbow so i returned home from exactly the same way. 17% grade is actually fun! Although it was very short, it was so steep that my back wheel was sliping on the wet road. Only 45kms in 1:35mins.

must have passed thorugh before you got there astra, similar solo run, 78km up the w200 route to SG and then over by the military barracks to bohernabreena and in...

your probably better off you didn't head up higher, damn freaking headwind heading up SG wasn't fun, and redilicous cross wind going down bohernabreena had me as low as 35km/hr in places(oh the shame!)
