OK not sure I can explain this well but, heres the question, is there a pedal that I can buy, that would let me run 2 amps from 1 guitar and let me control how much signal is going to either amp in real time. Kinda like all those sixties psych records.

IF there is where would I get one and if there isin't could one be made?

    cheers

YOU want to CONTROL it like with two volume pedals or something? You could get an ABY box and two volume pedals.

Or do you want a pedal that automatically pans your signal between two amps according to an LFO like in a tremolo pedal, except instead of loud and quiet, you have left and right? Because a lot of tremolo pedals do that. The Marshall Vibratrem can do that - I have one, and it's fine once you have a plug (it's very picky about voltages - as soon as a battery starts to drop a little below 9v, it stops working). The old Boss Tremolo/Pan did it, but I dunno about the newer Tremolo pedal. Look for tremolo pedals with stereo outs.

yes this is what I want, but i want to be able to control it while I am playing using a rocking type pedal like a volume or wah.

You might want to have a look at the Gig FX Chopper. Treadle-controlled tremolo and panning.

...Actually, I might want to have a look at that too.... :P

Better idea = Get an ernie ball stereo volume pedal.

I dont think the OP wants something that auto-pans, i think he wants to be able to control it directly with the pedal (ie. toe down for left amp, heel down for right amp). If that's what you're looking for, then the ernie ball will do it for you. Here's a link http://www.ernieball.com/product/500K-Stereo-Pan-Volume-Pedal-

Alternatively, if you *do* want something that will do it automatically, then you could go for a dunlop stereo univibe http://www.musiciansfriend.com/product/Dunlop-UniVibe-Stereo-Chorus?sku=151095
