we all know they are bad, so I am just asking...if you HAD to get something from

    (A) Chipper
    and
    (B) Chinese

what are the least devestating options??

I am guessing form a chipper Fish and Chips or Nuggets and Chips
and from a Chinese....chicken with black bean and boiled rice...?? Perhaps
or the ol House Special Fried Rice maybe?

The alternative is having everyone else willfully getting this and I being the odd eejit who is "watching his weight" which is fine if your female but not when your wuith a merciless gang of lads!!!

    Salad burger with no chips/cheese?
Some Chinese veggie thing possibly with no rice/noodles?

the easiest solution is eat whatever you fancy but only have a small (ish) portion and work harder the next day (or before you go out)

Salad burgers would be worse than a plain burger i would imagine. I mean the amount of Mayo is unreal, thank god i hate mayo so i dont touch it anyways.
    Good thing to hate :)
cant not have chips! look at this clown, not having chips...aawww.....wheres your balls!!! u know ureself!!! :o
actually its prob a plain burger and chips would be healthiest ie least bad!!!?

as for veg in the chinese, not a huge veg fan i have to say, and thir veg is all fried to sh*t anyways

Prawn chow mein or the like. I'd say anything in the chipper is a bit of a disaster.

How about growing a pair and not giving a fook if your "mates" rib you over your dinner choice?

i think chicken cho-mein (or even the prawn like someone else said) is a good option for the chinese, cos i believe they boil the chicken...although im sure they throw it in the wok eventually. An even better option would be to just ask them for stir-fried mixed veg with boiled rice but as you dont like veg that much it mightnt be for you. But it wouldnt be deep fried, just stir fried in the wok.

As for chipper, fish sounds like a good option but they cover it in batter so thats a lot of added calories. Why dont you just stick to chips? There isnt really a low fat option cos everything is deep fried, so the less stuff you get from there the better

If on a healthy buzz and I really want a chinese I order a veggie chow mein and tell them im allergic to oil so please just dry fry it with a tiny bit of soya sauce!
