Bananas - Bad for your heart?

Gf's uncle had a bypass a few years back, Surgeon told him a list of things not to eat anymore and one of them was bananas....apparently if ure heart is weak atall then the potassium in the bananas is dangerous. Same Doc told his wife than nobody should never eat more than 4 a week..... Anyone else hear anything like this?…
