    Folks,
    Am looking for notes regarding:

    Mgt Finance
    Corporate Reporting
    Corporate Laws
    Auditing
    for the CPA Professional One exams next April-trying to get organised at the moment
    I'm particularly interested in files that I can download.

    Also if anyone has sat these exams I'm interested in your comments in how to approach the exam etc.

    Any help would greatly be appreciated.
