Creative Zen Xfi at war with Vista?

Please help! First of all, I have done a search here on Boards and elsewhere for a solution but none seem to match my problem. :(

When I open Creative Centrale and have my Zen Xfi 16gig Wireless LAN connected to USB port, it does not register. I went into Device Manager and clicked on the Zen and got this message:
'Windows cannot start this hardware device because its configuration information (in the registry) is incomplete or damaged. (Code 19)

Click 'Check for solutions' to send data about this device to Microsoft and to see if there is a solution available.'

I have performed this check, nothing happened. I updated the drivers so it's not that, can anybody tell me what the above means or how I should try fixing it?

I reall appreciate any help, thanks in advance...

Wow this is the first time Boards hasn't saved the day for me!

Nobody has any suggestions about what I should do?

You've hardly waited any length of time for an answer. I'm sure you'll get one, just be a little more patient.

Lot of problems with creative and vista lately its all to do with vista updating and windows media player updating and creative being pricks and not sorting out a soloution.
Do you have access to a windows xp machine that hasnt had its media player updated to 11?
If you do try it out on that and get back to me .
My Creative zen vision m 30gb will no longer work with vista cause creative arent updating drivers anymore so its a load of bollox!!!
