    it will be at least 2 weeks before i'm on the bike again after my latest injury (torn hip flexor). albob is on his honeymoon. [ another one bites the dust :( ]

    Oh dear - having a bad year for them....no worries give me a shout when your fit again. Reckon albob was hitched by now alright...poor fella...;)

    I'd be up for it but I cant this weekend, I'll post up if that changes, What time/day/route/pace etc is the norm?

    (There were a few cork boardies posting over the last few days looking for spins, where they all go?)

    Cool. The lads that have gone out are from a few different areas - Carrigal/Ballin/Mallow/Town/Douglas so we generally meet up for someones 'home' venue and take turns so totally open to new routes

    Generally early Sat or early Sun mornings - Pace...slow to average ..I'm guessing averaging around 25kph - defo more of a leisure spin.
