Recent break-ins in Wicklow

I wonder has anyone noticed a huge increase in burgalries in the last few weeks? I live in Roundwood and there were 3 break-ins last week. Houses were thrashed. Is this happening in any other localities? Thanks

I have a few friends up that way, Sally's Gap etc.
One of them did suffer from a break in about 3 months ago, seems to be fresh hunting ground for scumbags.

i heard about the ones in Roundwood. where they all in one area / estate or more spread out?
