Can anyone tell me if the LG model 26LG3000-ZA comes with a Freeview DTT tuner. I do mean Freeview and I know the difference this is from Freesat.

Thanks in anticipation of any replies.

It's compatible with Freeview in the UK but it probably won't be compatible with the Irish equivalent of Freeview without connecting a box.

Thanks for reply burgess 1. I want to try and receive DTT from Wales as I understand analogue will be switched off in August there.

A LG lcd with LH in the name from this year would be a better idea because the new one's have an additional mpeg4 decoder on board for irish DTT.

Thanks maxg. My current TV is obviously only mpeg2 but I will bear this in mind when Irish DTT comes on stream.
