    "Recessionista"

    "Staycation"

or any other crap that's used (mostly on Expose and in the Sunday Independent magazine) to describe the fact that previously rich people are now shopping in Penney's and going on Supervalu breaks.

Newflash: Most of us were doing that already, welcome to the real world.

    Green Party.

Also not so much a phrase as an attitude, take the 10,000 quid to blow thread which was heading fine down the hookers and coke part until some people had to have a bitch and moan about the OP flashing the cash.

I thought it was just tiredness getting the better of me last night but having re-read the thread, those two are definitely two of most annoying words I've ever heard in my life. They make me want to punch things and shout a lot. The only one word that enrages me more is 'chillax'.

    "...the next Iceland..."
Grrrrr! F*ck off and learn some basic macroeconomic principles before you say or write anything on the economy, you self-important, tabloid-minded, glass-half-empty, minge-faced twazzle.

IMF-in particular because one of my lectuarers spent an entire class telling us to pack up and emmigrate if they come to Ireland.

Cutbacks-the reason i've only barely got a job

    More Redundancies

"How is business?"-usually said in a "gimme an extra discount" tone.
