Sleeping issues

Does anyone have issues with trying to sleep?

Only recently in the last 2 weeks that when I start to doze off I wake up as if I have stopped breathing. It has gotten worse now in which I now am getting weird sensations going through my body normally from the chest to my head and arms.

Im 23 and I smoke, and think that maybe this is a cause of this???

I really am afraid that im having mini seizures that can/will become worse and lead to a heart attack. I know I'm probably over reacting but it's really worrying.

Many people, especially men, have sleep problems. Sure Brian Cowan has had treatment for sleep apnea. You need to see a doctor to figure out the exact problem.

That's probably the best thing to do.

Anyone else ever experience this and found out the cause?

Doctors have experience and will know the cause.

Not being cheeky but just because someone on here could have the exact same symptoms and exact same lifestyle doesn't mean that you'd both have the same cause.

Only a doctor can advise you to be honest.
