50km route for a recovery ride in Dublin

A mate of mine is up in Dublin today on business and looking to do a 50km recovery ride this evening. We had a 200km yesterday so he'd ideally like to enjoy any hills if that's possible! He's staying somewhere near UCD. Anyone got any suggestions for a good route? Perhaps a MapMyRide link or two?
