    Hi,
    Does any one have an idea of the real sugar content of Bulmers cider .
    If you where trying too loose 2 stones should you give it up??

    From their site normal bulmers is 37kcal per 100ml, and bulmers light is 28kcal per 100ml.

    They are both 4.5% so the real difference in kcal is down to mainly the sugar levels, bulmers light is brewed to almost completion meaning there is very little sugar left. So normal bulmers is 9kcal more per 100ml. Sugar is around 390kcal per 100g so at 9kcal it is at least 2.3% sugar.

    This is lower than I expected, heineken has more sugar in it.

    Yes, or at least switch to light.
