Cardio & Weights V's just Cardio or Weights

    Alright Guys,
At the moment I am going to the gym about 4-5 times a week doing about 2 hours every time.
I do a mix of cardio - Rower, Bike and tredmil but I also do about am hour of weights. Some times more sometimes less but my time is generally split 50/50 between the two.
Would I be better off spending 2 hours on Cardio one day followed by 2 hours of weights the next - would there be any significant benefit from doing this?
Goals - trying to get fit and lose some weight.
The efforts I have put in so far have helped me lose over a stone so happy enough with the results so far, I know its only going to get hard to lose the next stone.
    Anyway, your thoughts please.

2 hours of either is too much in my opinion unless its sport or something, but if you insist on doing 2 hours it would be best to do 1 hour weights followed by 1 hour cardio, obviously split up into different body parts for different days..

    Cheers Cowzerp,
I was thinking mixing the 2 would be better, plus 2 hours of either would just get really boring really quick.
Will prob stick to what I am doing, mixing it up, cardio, weights, cardio, weights.

    Cheers
