    Hey guys

I went and bought Alli yesterday and am wondering when i should start it. I'm from the weight watcher education side of things and i wonder if I could do the points diet with the tablets or should I just follow the book you get with the tabs. The recipes look really nice i have to say.

Thing is I need this to work coz I have to lose shed loads of weight in 2 months lol loadsa time i know.

Anyone else been on it a while - any success stories? Any horror stories (i've heard about them!!) any comments welcome thanks guys

    4.
There will be zero-tolerance of any pro-ana topics, discussions of pharmaceutical weight-loss aids or crash dieting. This forum is to promote healthy and varied eating - not to advise you in how to drop a stone in a week.

The above is from here http://www.boards.ie/vbulletin/showthread.php?t=2055153853

I would advise you to also read the rest of the stickies. There is a wealth of free info in there about how manage and lose weight efficiently, effectively, healthily and most importantly for the long haul.

    Good luck.

Edited to ask: How much weight are you looking to lose? How long have you been at WW. What's your diet/exercise like?

Due to the rules mentioned above I'm sorry but I am going to have to close this thread

Some horror stories about xenical here, http://www.boards.ie/vbulletin/showthread.php?t=2055560654
xenical works in a similar way, people basically ending up soiling themselves...
