Only way to know is to do a test.
If you too the pills correctly there should be very little chance of it.
If you have never ran two packs together before then it could have just messed up you cycle.

Only way to know to be sure is to do a test.

You haven't had a bleed after the two packs? it might be quite normal to have it delayed for a bit. Leave it another while I think, then take a test.

    Go to your doctor asap
you are supposed to get a period 7 days after you stop taking your pill even if you have taken two back to back.
the only way you will get peace of mind is go to your doctor

If you took 2 packets back to back (and took all pills correctly) then you would not have any bleed. You should read the information sheet that comes with the packet.

I think she has. She has taken 42 pills 42 days in a row and now two weeks later hasn't had a bleed. She was expecting not to bleed in the middle.

Get a pregnancy test. Its possible, but improbable, that you may be pregnant. For your own peace of mind- get a test.
