Disability/Rent Allowance - how much am I actually entitled to?

I need to move into a new place in Cork City and I have some difficulty at the moment. It's hard to find a place near the area I need to be in under the limit.

In the place I'm in now however, it was €360 a month and I got rent allowance for it, I only needed to pay the €13 a week. But now I've been around to people, and it seems I'm only entitled to about €308 a month, as well as the increased €24 a week. I know there was a cut, but I didn't think it was this severe, also does the minimum contribution not count towards it, cancelling it out?(Well that's a bit extreme since it's still money out of my pocket).

There are a few places for €310 and under but it makes searching very hard. A lot of places seem to be €333 and I'm wondering if there's a significance to that number? It's very close to the 360 of my current room minus the 8% average decrease.

I'm on disability as opposed to JSA or JSB if that makes any difference. There are so many conflicting views on what I'm entitled to.

Also, on Disability what exactly am I entitled to? I currently get RA and a small telephone allowance. I get a fuel allowance during winter. Is there anything else?
