Next stage of transmitters imminent?

Just wondering if theres been any movement on the next stage of transmitters going over - I'm back home at the moment and a brand new tower was put in on the RTENL site today, as was going to be required to carry the DTT antenna. Its not a general maintenance replacement I suspect as the original tower is younger than me.

The site in question is Arranmore which is a relay but a relatively high power and high coverage relay (kilowatts not watts and down as .4% population coverage in the Boxer application documents). The Boxer docs had it down as being done between Q3 2009 and Q3 2010, but after a rake that haven't been done yet like Navan, Crosshaven, etc. and in the same batch as Dungarvan (which is done) so I suspect this schedule isn't accurate despite having been supplied by RTENL.
