Id like to have another whack at racing an 800 but with the graded meets ending there doesnt seem to be much before the end of summer:( My pb is 2:19 so I wouldnt want to be racing in a really fast race.

I also wanted to have a go at racing a 400 but never really got around to it at the gradeds and missed my opportunity. Again, Id be looking to run it around 60 seconds so wouldnt want to be running in a race with sub 50 fellas:D

So if anybody knows of any races that might suit give us a shout:cool:

Okay it's a longer distance than you are asking for but Athenry AC's Magic Mile on friday is worth a crack if you are around Galway:

    Cheers lads.

Kerry and Athenry are a bit far to go for three minutes of running:P (sorry should've said Im in Dublin) but the one in Louth sounds perfect.

Thing is will I be allowed run in that not being a member of a Louth club or even from the county?
