Parking for gig in Croke Park

Hi all, not sure if this is the right forum for this, but I am heading to a gig in Croke Park next week and am wondering about parking. We will be coming from Cork, so was thinking of parking in the Red Cow park and ride and then taking the Luas in. Is this car park open 24/7?

Is there any better option than this? Looking for the least amount of hassle and also minimal cost. I know there would be a bit of walking involved in the park and ride but think that would be preferable than dealing with traffic after the gig. Thanks in advance!

    It is 24x7. http://www.luas.ie/page.php?name=Red_Cow_Car_Park_Red_Line

It is an idea, certainly parking around Croke Park will be restricted. http://www.luas.ie/page.php?name=Travelling_to_Croke_Park_this_summer

theres plenty of parking in and around town which would be less than 20mins walk from Croker. (Just arrive early) Hardest part is after you get out and back on the road after the gig.

are you going to the Fri or Sat gig ?

if you park around tallaght and get luas there should be connecting busses to bring you to Croker.

Park the car at the side of the street on iona road or hollybank road and walk to Croker. Its free but read the signs as there is a lot of clamping going on around there

Where are you coming from ?

Because Drumcondra train station is right beside Croker, so you could park at any of the train stations along the line.

    -Broombridge
    -Castleknock
    -Clonsilla
    -Coolmine
    -Leixlip confey
    -leixlip louisa Bridge
    -Maynooth.

As far as i remember, the last train on a saturday going back out of the city is at 11 or so.

Do NOT under ANY circumstances, park anywhere near Broombridge.

    Try Q-park on Marlborough street.
