    What is the issue, I really can't understand their "stuck in their ways" attitude. Was on a Jarvey in Zakopane last year in Poland, If the horse had to do his thing they stoped and collected it in a bucket. There was not horse s**t on the roads.

    Its high time Killarney got the s**t off the roads!!

    I say prosecute the jarvies for littering the public roads.

    If you can prosecute dogs for pooping, there surely must be some provision to prosecute the jarvies for similar more serious offenses.

    As it is the horses urine makes wreck of the road surfaces (absolutely destroys the tarmac, which is why Muckross Road is constantly having to be resurfaced.

    The jarvies main problem is that they are too stingy to pay the costs of the horse nappies, which is just pitiful.
