I know its explained in the thread up top but I'm still a bit confused. Basically I used to be getting about 35+ hours in my current job until recently. Now I'm getting about 12-18 hours a week. I pretty much hate the place anyway and I want to leave and find a new full time job. Is it possible to go on the dole after I leave my current job and look to find a new one? Cheers in advance.

As far as i know you have to wait 9 weeks before you can claim anything because you have left your job rather than being let go or made redundant.
