Dont recognise the number but I had a few missed call on my phone awhile ago with similar type number but was unable to phone it back. Was wrecking my head (can't always get to my phone)
Finally I was around when it rang again and I answered - it was customer service from Clearwire (less said why the better - I'll just say they are pure imbeciles!)

Infuriating though when get call from number dont know and then can't recognise!!

Feck em - if they want to get through to you badly enough they'll phone again!

Why? I purposely miss calls from numbers I don't know. If I'm not expecting a call and a strange number rings why answer? Thats what voicemail is for. Mine just says "I may have missed your call or I may not know your number. If it's the latter leave a message telling me who you are and the number you called from and I might get back to you. If I don't, take a hint" :D

remember: the phone is there for your convenience, not theirs.
