;)Was gonna go un-unregistered but feck it.

Have been trying to get rid of man boobs for about 2 years now, gym everything, no joy at all. I am 15 stone, I play GAA not fat (at least not to the naked eye) I hide it well, even went to the point of getting a supplement through the internet called Gynexian ? men to help you lose chest weight ?

It doesn't seem to matter what I do ? I train twice a week, sometimes 3 with the football and a match Sunday, use to go to the gym most days, but it's rare now, laziness I know !! but have to get back into it as my chest is getting really embarassing and getting me down to the point I won't even shower after matches :(

My diet must improve ! this is what it is down to. A typical day for m would be. this is what I had today and will have tonight

Breakfast - 8am - smoothy (small ones you get in lidl for 1e)
10.30 - Special K with low fat milk

Lunch - 12.30 - Sandwich / Roll, with mayo, tuna, corn, cheese. Pack of
onion walkers, bottle of sprite zero

    Snack - 3pm - Apple
6pm - Before GAA training some brown bread and the same
    after at 9pm (white bread) if I don't have training it's a
lottery, chips, beans, breaded chicken breast. Sometimes
    even ice cream after !!

Supper - 10/11pm (depending on training) 2 slices of toast on brown or
white bread depending on whats there, small chocalte bar
    and a cup of tea.

I know it's really bad, and trust me it took up some courage to post this, any help / plan / programme / diet would help me as I feel so alone and depressed over this

    Thanks in advance

    Jimmy

Jimmy re-read your post and you will find that the answer to your own question lies within-

"It doesn't seem to matter what I do"

"My diet must improve ! this is what it is down to!"

Now, read the stickies about diet.

+1 to the above unfortunately... rather than pointing out the bad foods within the list you mentioned - lets just say you prob need to ditch the lot aside from the apple, brown bread / toast and the tuna .. the rest is pretty much crap, no point saying it any other way!

Mate to be blunt - your diet is terrible and if that is the way I was eating every day I would be fat too and feeling pretty down in general.

What people often forget is that a bad diet like that doesn't just make you LOOK bad, it makes you FEEL even worse - and of course the two have a knock-on effect on each other!

Clean up your diet, read the stickies, you will see improvements very quickly.
