Hi I was hoping to get some advice. Basically approx 1 year ago I fractured my t8 vertebrae. The doctor advised me to take it easy on the sports side of things for 6 months to a year and basically I havent been doing anything for the last year. Prior to this i was doing half hour weights and half an hour cardio 3 times a week. I was hoping to ease myself back into this routine as inevitably i have become alot looser and out of shape, however at the same time i do not want to aggrevate this area of my back. Therefore my reason for posting is to ask for advice on what excercises i should be doing for my arms, back and shoulders which wont isolate or aggrevate this injury. I plan to start off with high reps and low weights to build up strength first and then take it from there. I also plan to stick to my half an hour weights and half an hour cardio regime. Cheers
