Training Runs Dublin City Centre

Hi all just noticed that Runways shop are having training/social runs every Mon and Wed. http://www.runways.ie/store/content/105/Run-Club/ Has anyone done one of these? What did you think? I was thinkin of givin it a go next week but will not if it turns out to be horrible. Thanks

First I've heard about it, but sounds like an interesting idea. 6.15 is a little early for me but will try to get to one of them next week...
