Suspiscion and power games have demotivated me totally

There is so much I believe in and that inspires me but unfortunately the cynicism I'm/have encountering/d and my constant on guard suspicion of machiavellianism which I'm now encountering all around me has made me totally cynical and unproductive. I want to do things fro the right reasons and act with authenticity. Sadly it's not possible to my mind. I can't get absobred in anything for the lvoe of it or genuine reaons anymore, I'm so jaded and feel like if otheres are playing power gaems or setting agendas, judgements etc, then all the motivation and fun is gone from what I do.
How do I cope with this which is, not an exageration to say, at times, torment?

You sound a bit paranoid if you dont mind me saying so. If you are having constant obsessive thoughts that are impeding your functioning maybe seek some psychiatric help through your GP ?
