Thought this might be the best place to ask briefly.

Yesterday while doing a bitta cleaning I hunkered right down and my left knee cap popped fairly loudly and sorely, which happens with me I have this thing which means I have loose joints, it hurt for a second or two but after it was fine.

Later that night I'm out in Andrew Lane, a song comes on and my mate grabs me to hit the dance floor and my knee gives way. Now I can't walk up stair because bending my knee is too painfull. Any rough idea what it could be?

    Cheers

OP at the risk of sounding like a smart arse, if that was happening to me I wouldn't be asking an internet discussion forum - I'd be off down to the doctor to seek professional medical advice.
