    In your opinion which is better to have for breakfast in the morning :

    Oat porridge
    various seeds on top ( not sure .. think sunflower etc )
    honey

    OR

    Fresh fruit &
    natural yougurt

    OP in what context do you want the comaparison made?

    Calorie requirements, macro breakdown etc?

    as pointed out both options are good .. why not have porridge, seeds / nuts, fruit and yoghurt (natural, no added sugar!) - all three would make a very balanced meal (provided your portion sizes match your goals)

    Oats'll keep you fuller for longer and maintain a steadier blood sugar level whereas the fruit and yoghurt'll go right thru you (sorry couldn't think of a nicer way to put that) and leave you hungry again sooner. Plus if it's high sugar fruit it'll cause a blood sugar spike as there's no slow release carbs in that meal. I would go for the oats and maybe have a chopped banana on it or an apple aswell so you're still getting some of your fruit and veg portions for the day out of the way.
    The fruit and yoghurt combo is actually ideal as a coffee break or mind morning snack though rather than a stand alone meal.
