I'm not looking for medical advice, more just what I should do - if there are any actions I should take. Recently I was in New York and returned 2 weeks ago. Should I go to a doctor and get it checked out or am I making a mountain out of a molehill

I assume you're concerned about the H1N1 virus (swine flu)

In which case, you should just visit your doctor. It's probably nothing, but better to be sure.
