Have you been prescribed fat loss tablets or are you looking for a quick fix?

If it is the latter then people here can help you structure your diet and exercise regime.

If it is the former then go speak to a doctor.

I'd be suprised if they actually work. Go see a doctor and ask his/her advice

    are you training right now?
Whats your diet look like now - post it up?

I am sorry but if you post up fat loss tablets this is what your going to get as most people need to get the basics right and even then that option is very very rarely applicable

They will work. Increase you metabolism by maybe 5%

    There are no short cuts.

Exercise+calorie controlled diet= weightloss for 99% of people

There's something on the market now that blocks fat from being absorbed by your system, you end up sh1tting it out(not a nice image)

I don't think it will work well as it won't stop your body from turning carbs into fat, as well as blocking important nutrients you take from fat.

Consuming fat is not a bad thing really. Our bodies need it. The above tablets could do more harm than good

I'm 6ft and just over 13 stone at the moment....as for the diet, i'll admit its not the best to honest i'm hoping the fat loss tablets will be an alternative to changing my diet

    Dude read the stickies.
Not meaning to sound harsh but just want to get my point across - man up in all fairness. Losing weight takes sacrifice, is not easy and takes time. I know because i lost 5 stone.

If fat loss tablets worked there would be little to no fat people around. If you are serious about losing the weight and keeping it off (do you really expect fat loss tabs to work longterm? do you plan on taking them until you die?) read the stickies, post your diet warts and all as well as your training regime and there are some great people here who will give you advice and top notch advice and guess what? It's free. How can you lose?

A pill will not make you burn off mars bars, 10 beers and a kebab. Come on!!!!

Read the stickies anyway. Nothing to lose by doing so.

You would be better off buying more equipment in argos than pills, a €18 chinup bar will do a lot more for your fatloss than a bunch of overpriced pills.

holy crap mate you have just dropped a clanger!!!

Biggggggg mistake saying that in a fitness forum where sweat, effort and a clean diet is much admired and supported.

statements like that will not help your cause so please get yourself together and put in the effort with diet and training or you could just be happy going to college being a stone overweight in september, your choice really.

I agree with nearly all of the aobve...HOWEVER, a fat loss tablet / protein supplement etc. sometimes increase a persons motivation regarding their diet. They think, I'm spending all this money on x or y so i'm going to eat cleaner.
thats been my experience with some of my clients anyway (even though I advised against it)
