Close these late night takeaways

It has come to my attention that these 'establishments' attract all sorts of undesirables to otherwise peaceful and law abiding areas of our towns and cities.
I recently walked past one of these places and I have to say it was not a pretty sight: drunken, angry young men with regulation cropped hair and numerous tattoos, girls in various states of undress shouting hysterically with mobile phones stuck to their ears, throwing their chips and food wrappings everywhere. Do these people have no civic pride at all? And what must foreigners think of us?
Part of the problem is that young people no longer know how to cook and my suggestion is that all second level students should be sent to France during summer holidays on cookery courses and a general education of the palate.
I'll be cooking a wonderful Boeuf Bourguignon today (at the cost of one of these takeaways), and there is no reason why these youngsters should not have the ability to do the same.

I agree. I cooked pot noodles for the first time yesterday. These youngters have no life skills of their own anymore. They'd never survive on their own.

Why close them? Shouldn't we just focus on punishing anti social behaviour instead?

So lets close down/ban something that a lot of law abiding people use and put people out of jobs rather than tackling the real issues?

Such a thing would never happen in Ireland.
