Does anybody know if its possible to set up a second itunes account for the ipod touch or iphone, for the purpose of using itunes over wifi?

Basically, I have an Irish itunes account sync'ed at the minute. The database with all the songs/movies etc for this account is on my laptop at home in ireland. At the minute, i'm in australia, and will be for the next while. And I wanted to update the songs on the ipod to stick a few new albums on to it. But the problem is that the credit card reg'd with my irish iTunes account isn't active any more (might not of worked in Oz anyway).

Its possible to buy iTunes gift cards here, but they are in Aus$ obviously, so I imagine i'd need a new Australian itunes account. Is this possible? Is it simply a case of signing in to itunes with the new username.
I realise I may loose any new songs once I sync with the laptop, its not a huge problem.

Yeah you shouldn't have a problem making a new account in iTunes for this purpose, I have an American account I can just flip back and forth to, obviously no American credit card though, so vouchers would be the way to go. I'm not sure if you can set up an Australian iTunes account without a credit card though.

After searching the net, I found out that gift vouchers aren't transferable. Would of been the easy option.

Is it possible to set up a itunes account without a laptop or pc. As in over the itunes or safari on the ipod. As the PC i'm using now isn't mine and I don't think I can download programs to it. The same probably applies to internet cafes
