Hi everybody, I too applied to UL for the second time. I'm 39 and have 2 children. I got no response last year after interview and it looks the same this year. My points are not at all high enough. What I noticed in the skills section of the interview this year I added that I had done CPR, first aid and a Fetac Level 5. I responded to questions this year more positively than last year on the test day as I had these extra skills, yet this part of the assessment had lower scores this year. I really wonder how?
