Hello. I am 4 months into my ntl/upc contract (just have the TV & the recorder box) & I am moving house. What options are available to me ex UPC i.e. will they let me transfer my service to the new house and will I incur any extra charges. The house I am moving to has an NTL aerial erected on the chimney & has an old NTL(Box) in sittu - has just circa 3 channels working? Any help/suggestions would be greatly appreciated. Tks:)

    house moves are free :)

quickest way to do this, 1908>sales>ask to be transferred to customer loyalty.

Wow & tks. That sounds gr8. However will they insist on taking down the existing antennae & move it to my new address? I have'nt a clue where to start, if so!
