A few months ago I made friends with someone through a social networking site. He was friends with other people I know for a good while (about 2 years). All this was through the internet. He lives in the UK though and we've never met him. He's a seriously nice guy and I get on well with him. But since he's the only guy that's ever shown interest in me as a friend I think I want more from him. But I've never met him and don't know if I ever will. Anyone have similar happenings or advice?

ahh facebook friend suggest, its handy alright.

why don't you skype him, it will let you get to know him better and help you feel more comfortable about meeting him.

On an off point note, you must be very hot, you want to add me as a friend:D

Hey I dated an English guy I met on a forum for 18 months. We've just broken up. You might find his online persona to be alot different from being with him in person. I say don't wait too long to meet with him. I think it's better to get to know somebody in person rather than online and meeting up sooner rather than later would help to do that.
