Im doing a higher diploma in maynooth in september.

I originally did a degree in galway and received the grant from the county council in my hometown.

I have been living in galway for 2 years since completion of my degree, am over 23 and independent.

I read on a couple of sites depending on which course in which third level institution your doing it should decide who you apply to for the grant e.g. VEC or county council.

So for a higher diploma in maynooth who do i apply to?
