Errr no as far as I know. Would love to know why you would even want to hold two seperate licenses.

if i produced an irish licence in the uk (where i live and work) they cant put points on it and vise versa for the uk licence in irl???
wouldnt it be great if it worked, morally wrong perhaps but im fairly morally bankrupt.
i had to change it because my cmpany were paying for me to get a hgv licence over here.

    You would have to

    a) be living in Ireland
    b) surrender your UK license

in order to get an Irish license. So no, you won't be able to go about your little scam.
