Now that I'm out of college I cant use the university physio anymore (pity, was cheap as chips and a miracle worker).

I'm thinking of going to the physio-company (templebar), but a friend who used them in the past wasnt impressed with the service they got. Anyone care to offer opinions on their service; they any good for sports injuries?

I just need a quick service, one of my legs is trying to sabotage an attempt at a triathlon ;)

I use the Holistic Healing Centre on Dames Street (opposite the Central Bank). They do a 45 or 60 min massage. I find them very good

They are currenly offering a 20% discount and they also do a loyalty scheme where you get a free massage if you get 5 in a 6 month period.

cannot believe that someone did not like the physio company. have had loads of experience of physio's over the last 5 years and a year ago went to them in temple bar, was mightily impressed. now use them in IFSC, so handy.

    top notch outfit.

If you want a place that has looked after Irish rugby internationals, World Champions, Olympians and many more and is manned by Olympians and international athletes across a few sports then Sports Med is your place. Don't expect to get a nice little rub and a bit of ultra sound though, it'll be more along the lines of a vicious rehab program that will not only have you recovered in pretty nifty time, as long as you work hard, but it will also have you back active much stronger than you were before you got injured. I can't speak highly enough about the service you get there.
