Hi all,at the moment im renting a warehouse,2000 sq ft,where im building delivering installing timber playground equipment, but of course the R has put a big dent on things, the warehouse is set towards the back of a large yard, and towards the front, near the roadway,i have a few units on display, dog kennels, garden sheds, also near the front is an old office, most customers think this is where i operate from,as they cant really see the workshop, they call me from here,i have a electronic bell on one of the sets, telling people to press the bell, and i can hear it in the workshop. My idea, atthe moment,i could do up the office/room,make it look really good, counter etc,and i would get this unit very cheap at the moment, would anyone have an idea what i could sell from this unit,to turn over fast cash,to support the timber swingsets,i was thinking of trying toys, seeing as im in the swingset business.
    Any replies would be appreciated

Depends on your customers - for instance are they mostly businesses and county/town councils for playgrounds or are they members of the public for back garden sets?

If it is the latter then a selection of toys, sand pit equipment, child safety equipment (arm/knee pads, bicycle helmets, car seats, booster seats etc), bicycles, skateboards and scooters. Also as you are presenting dog kennels and garden sheds outside your premises why dont you offer items related to these also (dog bowls, blankets, beds and gardening stuff etc)

    Regards
