    Hey guys,

    As per the title. Anybody care to enlighten me with a step-by-step DIY homemade iced coffee? Im pretty clueless.:p

    There's various ways.

    You can cold-brew - takes a long time though, and uses a lot of beans. Tastes very smooth though - I'm a fan.

    You can just make an americano or filter, or french press - leave it to cool and just pour over a glass of ice cubes. Add milk if that's your thing.


    Alternatively you can go mad with blenders and various sugary ingredients. If you want a decent home made version of the espresso frappuccino, mix the following: double/triple espresso, a couple of tablespoons of caramelised condensed milk, US cup of milk, 2 x US cups of ice cubes, blend until ice cubes are no longer gritty. The condensed milk sweetens and binds so the drink doesn't separate quickly.

    Iced coffee, for me, is plain old normal coffee (brewed and let cool) with a nice dollop of vanilla ice cream and some whipped cream on top :D yummy...
