smoothies for running

    I have tried smoothies the last few days which include banana,strawberries,grapes, apple and some milk Im finding that I have so much more energy on my runs does anyone else find this also are these really fattening I have read a few articles that suggest this because of fruit sugars. any ideas

    If you are worrying about fattening cut out the milk. One i find really good is
    1 banana
    handful of strawberries
    Cranberry Juice
    Probiotic yogurt
    very good and not fattening
