Help identiying a classic

I've tried in vain to find a classic sports car I vaguely remember seeing as a kid. It was something quite mgb in shape and I suspect British in origin but the defining difference was the boot/trunk flipped back to reveal tiny seats whereby the boot lid formed the rear part of the seat when raised. The seats were really only suitable for kids and for all I know it could have been a bespoke modification. Otherwise it was a two seater.

    Any ideas?

    1926 Rolls-Royce P-I Piccadilly Roadster

I found this on the net. Im no expert in this era of cars but Im nearly sure there was a Morgan and MG that had a similar set up.

Triumph Roadster with "dickey" seat (rumble seat in the states) maybe?

The closest yet! Thanks for the ideas so far some lovely cars there :)

It was very similar to the Roadster above but I'm sure the occupants of the rear 'seats' would end up seated slightly above the front seats and so be afforded a view over their heads (even for kids).
