Youtube links wont show up in threads

My youtube links don't show up in the threads, they appear as empty white boxes - anyone know whats wrong ?

Heres what happens

You're including the entire web address inside the youtube tags.

What you're currently typing is this:
[noparse]

[/noparse]

All you need to include is the code after the equals sign, otherwise it won't work.

So do this instead:

[noparse]

https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=4s1xacOUyWw

[/noparse]

to get this:

https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=4s1xacOUyWw

Just be aware that for some videos, embedding like this is disabled at the youtube end. For these videos, you'll get the video box but they'll give an "embedding disabled" message when someone clicks play. You can check that yourself as you embed them though by clicking the "preview post" button before you post them.
