I'm going on to my second year of this course. I don't do it in Griffith College, I do it at a local college at night. I wish I could have done the course full time though.

I work in an accountancy practice and have found most of the course, especially the tax module very helpful in my job.

The financial accounting module is great for giving you an understanding of accountancy and book-keeping, but really everyone uses some sort of computer accounts package, I don't think anyone does manual book-keeping anymore.

The law module, is difficult, there is a lot of learning involved, but it is very necessary and interesting.

The business management is a huge waste of time. There is a huge amount of learning involved and I can say with certainty that I will never use any of the information from this subject.

Griffith College has a great reputation and uses very good lecturers, so if you can afford it I would do the course full time there. Clane College also has brilliant lecturers.

    Hi,
I'm looking at doing the IATI and am considering Griffith college in Limerick. Would be interested in hearing from anyone who has done it there?
