Sky Digital "No satelite singal is being received"

    Just turned on sky and it says no satelite signal is being received. I reset the boxes, same thing.

    So, went outside to check the dish, and it looked like the pic attached.

    How easy is this to repair...ie can I do it myself? I am guessing that thing isnt meant to be dangling down!

    No the white bit is supposed to be facing the dish. Wonder how that happened

    Is there some sort of cradle that it sits in or something? I dont want to waste time gettting the neighbours ladder if it cant be repaired by me!

    There should be another semi-circle shaped bit on the ground somewhere as far as I can see

    It's a botch job, but if you could get up to the dish and tape it together it'll get you out of a hole tempoarily
