    Double Room available to rent for the student year, located in Moyglare Village, just a few minutes walk to the college & about 10-15min walk into town.

    Room has built in wardrobes, study desk, double bed & laminate flooring. Bathroom is shared.

    Rent: €110 p/w (Sunday evening - Friday evening)
    Deposit: 2 weeks in Advance

    Rent Includes: Bins, electricity, heating & wireless internet.

    Any thing else you'd like to know just PM me.

    Deposit is two weeks in advance as stated in the original post, making the deposit €220.

    Mill89 if you want to neg the rent then you are more than welcome to pm me but there isn't much room for negotiation on it.
